How Home Pasture decides what to carry
People sometimes assume "curated" is a marketing word. For us it's a filter. Home Pasture doesn't make the products we sell — we bring together good ones from brands we trust, and the whole point is that someone already said no on your behalf to the stuff that isn't worth it.
What earns a place
Before a piece goes into a collection, it has to clear a short list. Nothing exotic — just the questions we'd ask before buying it for our own homes.
- Materials that last. Real fibers, solid construction, finishes that age well. No thin coatings that flake in a year.
- A brand that stands behind it. Clear returns, responsive service, and a track record we can check.
- Honest value. Priced fairly for what you actually get — not marked up for a logo.
What gets a hard no
- Anything designed to be replaced in a season.
- Reviews that don't match the marketing.
- Vague materials or origins we can't verify.
Why we link out instead of selling directly
When you're ready to buy, we send you to the brand's own store to check out. You get the maker's pricing, warranty, and support — and we stay focused on one job: helping you find the good stuff. Have a brand you love? Tell us about it.
This is how we think about curation today; the bar only goes up as the store grows.
This article is general information, not professional advice. Product details, pricing, shipping, and warranty are set by each brand and may change — check the brand’s own page before you buy. Questions about something specific? Contact us.
