Home Pasture ("we," "us," "the Site") operates www.homepasture.com, a curated marketplace that showcases home & living products from independent third-party brands ("Brands"). Home Pasture is a curator, not a manufacturer — we do not make, warehouse, or ship any of the products shown on the Site.

Home Pasture is not the seller of record, merchant of record, or retailer for any product listed here. Each product is sold by, and remains the responsibility of, the Brand that makes it.

The Site does not process payments or fulfill orders. When you follow a "Shop," "Buy," or similar link, you leave the Site and complete your purchase directly on the Brand's own website, under that Brand's own terms of sale, privacy policy, and checkout process.

Any contract for the sale of a product is between you and the Brand — Home Pasture is not a party to that transaction.
